it and solve the problem. Find and understand depression Finding the root of depression or problems that lead to the depression is essential to eliminating the sense of sadness. This root can be anywhere from child birth to your current life situation. Depression is a form of pain that shows up when something is wrong or unhealthy. Pain is natures way of saying, "Some thing is wrong", and if you don't fix it, you will feel depressed and it won't stop bothering you until you fix that problem. Most of the time, as soon as problems or a problem is resolved.. depression goes away. Medical depression Many people like to think that depression is just a medical condition or chemical imbalance but it isn't. Most people try to cover their sadness temporarily with all kinds of pass times or temporary "masks" that make them feel better. Pass times like: like medication, over eating, addictions, ignoring reality, and other wastes of time. People need to face their problems and solve them, Don't just cover them. Most of the times the depression will go away for a period time if you just cover them But the bad feelings will return or the hidden problems will affect the person in other ways. So you have to discover what's making you depressed as soon as you can. You can have a professional or good friend help you out a long the way. Do it soon because if you don't you will make things worse! But I think that finding a good friend is best. If things get really bad I recomment using natural herbal remedies like "St. Johns Wort" to alleviate the stress but you should do your best to heal the sadness.
Depression is natural and has a purpose Depression and other pains are natural ways that the human body tell you that "something" is wrong. Most people consider feeling sad or bad a horrible thing but it is a wonderful opportunity that your body gives you to help you through life. Understanding that depression can be healed and is only here to assist you temporarily, is a good state of mind that could comfort you when it comes into your life. Just make sure to fix the problem. If depression gets out of hand, it can lead to emotional blocks that would eventually make you physically sick. Emotions will eventually build up like a volcano and you might go "boom!!" in many possibly dangerous scenarios (use your imagination). Know that you can not control the actions of other peoples bodies, minds or energies. There’s no reason to blame yourself for something you could not change (specially during childhood). Always look for possible problems when you feel depressed and try to fix them. When you fix problems healing will be found. You will heal and understand how to avoid feeling pain. There’s no reason to waste your time and life for something that cant change. Depression will slowly or quickly disappear depending on the way you deal with it.
