Stress, stressful situations and stress relief

Stress can be very annoying and frustrating feeling that we all get once in a while. It is a combination of losing control, lack of security and loss of balance in life. Stress makes us hyper (naturally) so we have enough energy to fix the problem that is causing the stress. The hyper tension is natures way of informing us that we must fix these problems and even gives us the energy to move extra fast.

Of course the discomfort that stressful situations cause are there to encourage us to work to solve the problems. You can feel anger, frustrated, confused, disorganized and just over bad. This can be relieved.

Stress relief can be attained through relaxation and calmly pursuing ways to solve your problem or problems that lead to the stress. There are many different health problems that stress can cause but they can all be prevented by healing the issue. Stress makes some people go or feel crazy. Stress is a little crazy but there is no need for it when life is in balance or made balanced. 


Causes of stress

1. Excessive amounts of Pressure 
2. Trying to do too many things at the same time. 
3. Trying to do too many things by yourself. 
4. Not taking enough precautions. 
5. Ignoring problems and procrastinating. 
6. Any unresolved "issues" from anytime (from your birth to the present time).



Stress relief and cures for stress

1.Take as many precautions and preparations as you can think of that might effect your future. Make sure to take everything you can, into consideration when making decisions. This will make your decisions, good ones.

2. Knows that even the slightest mistakes can cause severe consequences when carelessness comes into place.

 3. Know what you are willing to have in your life and what you wont accept in your life (or causes you stress) and stay away from that. 

4. Get rid of your problems or fix them (including people). Ignoring problems is as helpful as ignoring a Mad dog that is chewing on your leg! Anyway, find a way to resolve problems or challenges as soon as possible. 

5. Realize that the past can not change but the present and future can always improve.
