About Me:

Hello, I'm looking for a place to Live in Southern California and I can do a lot for You in exchange for Low rent or Free Rent.
Who am I? I am a Single, thin, Tall and Sane Man in my 20's. I will need my own room but I do prefer living with a Single Female because I'm a single man with No kids and I'm a Non-smoker.

I would like to have a small room OR or any small area in your Home or Apartment even if it's just a small garage, basement or even a dungeon (as long as it's safe).

MORE ABOUT ME: I'm a very considerate, Quiet & clean person in my 20's. I'm healthy, helpful, a non-smoker, quiet, No drugs (no pot either), I don't have any kids but if you do that's ok, I don't drink, No Criminal record, I'm single & won't invite anyone over, I don't have any pets but if you have pets that's ok, I'm thin with good hygiene and a truly good person. I'm also a computer expert who recently moved back to LA and I'm low on money but I can help you with Your computer or create an amazing website for You for rent. I need space for my computer.
